While I was in LA, I had a day to spare to do some fun stuff and decided to go to the Dodgers game since it was against their rival, Giants. And ‘the freak’ Tim Lincecum was the starting pitcher for the Giants

My cousin, Nam, and I decided to sit out in left pavilion side- hoping to catch Matt Kemp’s home run ball, which never came by that night.

It was definitely a different atmosphere than the Rangers Ball Park in Arlington. The crowds really hated Giants fans, but it was all for the good sport-

It was a fun game to watch- Lincecum struggled- it wasn’t like his earlier years where he was dominating… and NL baseball of using PH is quite intriguing. Dodgers manager, Don Mattingly, pulled his SP Billingsley after pitching 4 innings and used a PH Tony Gwynn… who would have thought he would hit a bases clearing triple?? I certainly didn’t. And Scott Van Slyke had an RBI in his Big League Debut.

Overall great experience! Night filled with chanting ‘Giants Suck’, ‘Let’s go Doyers’ and now I can’t wait to go back to Arlington for some more Rangers baseball!!
